  • For Sale : Performance Camshaft

Selling my camshaft due to the fact that it is a little too much for my build; not that great for a daily driver. I bought it used, it has less than 100 miles on it. Don't know much about it other than its 540/520 int/exh lift 232/240 int/exh duration at 0.050. It could be polished up a little bit as there is some surface rust, but its fine the way it is.

Really all I want is what I paid, $185 obo + shipping. Actually, really all I want is this gone. Once I get it back from Ben, I will be able to ship it.

Is it a regrind, a grind from a blank, or OEM hollow core regrind? I'm sure that will determine who wants to buy it.

Where did you originally get the cam from if you sent it to Ben? I'm assuming he has it to profile it and provide the grind?

I honestly don't know anything about this cam other than what I posted. I know it fits the 3400 engine and 540/520 int/exh lift 232/240 int/exh duration at 0.050. I got it from a guy on gaoc who used it in his car for about 100 miles.

just ask him where he got it. dont even mention anything about returning it in the subject line so then maybe he will look at the PM.

Don't forget the 2 pin setup. You will need to modify a cam gear to use this cam.

This is a hollow tube 03+ cam with very little base lobe left. There is also some surface rust and scratches so polishing is going to be required.

The lobes were welded and ground and this is most likely not a street oriented cam. Possible, but it takes quite a spring to control it I am sure.

Lift rule cam. It will require a high spring rate and wouldn't suggest using SI valves with it.

anybody planning on a nice N/A build should jump on this and rape the competition
