    I bought this a year ago to put in my '89 4.3 p/u but have changed my plans. It is for an 18 spline 3:42 ratio. It came out of a 2001 S10 that had 25,000 miles on it and light use.
    I have a new installation kit that goes with it, bearings, shims etc. I also have a 3:42 ring and pinion out of a Firebird that has a larger pinion or something different, just in case. I can't remember why I got the r/p but it was because some of the 7.5's had something different about them. Not having pulled mine apart I wanted to be ready for anything that might go wrong.
    I don't know how many 10 bolt 7.5 diffs this will work on. Make an offer.
    '86 S10 Blazer 4WD, '87 2.8 with 3.1 crank and pistons, A.R.I. "Stage 2 Cam", Iron Heads with stiffer springs, Holley TBI, Manifold bored to fit the TBI Base(4.3 size), Fiero Covers, MSD Coil, DynoMax Muffler and 2.5 Tailpipe, no cat, Auburn Limited Slip, 3.73 final Drive. 700R. '85 Fiero GT 3.4 Hybrid, relieved top intake and exhaust, 57mm TB, Auto. 3.06 final drive.
