For Sale : BRAND NEW Getrag 5spd 284 M27 Remanufacture Kit

This is a Brand New GETRAG 284 5spd M27 Remanufacture Kit. I purchased it some time ago a the LAST Existing Remanufacture Kit Made by Getrag Gears of North America. Anyone who knows these Manual Transaxles knows how sought after these trannys are, how rare any parts are to find used let alone ANY new, and that this is the chance of a lifetime to have a new rebuld kit.
I had plans to have new kits manufactured from these, but I do not have the time.

There MAY be extra parts for more then one Tranny. I will include a service manual that was next to impossible to get that even list the Kent-Moore special tool numbers.

obviously not my decision, but damn, if 284 could get reasonable rebuild kits out there...

Well if I ran it on Ebay, There would be only 10 days max for people to get on the ball to buy it, where as on here and in other ads, it allows people to get there money together to see what they can offer, it also allows everyone a chance

I never thought I'd recieve a stream of e-mails that fast though! LOL

I hope someone can buy it that Has the time, etc, to get some rebuild kits going, with that comes the oppertunity to be the only one making rebuld kits! Someone could make some dough.

I have had many offers.
several offers Close and what I was wanting, But I don't count on Any offer till it follows through, even though certain individuals want me to hold the kit for them so they can arrange to get the money.

It's the same as a brand new Getrag 284 but because it is not assembled can be copied, hardened, sky is the limit.

Damn i wish i had the money, i woulda bought it up in a second, the only thing i can offer is a brand new in the box Zex wet nitrous kit with a full bottle of nitrous and $500 cash lol. im sure u dont want trades though.

not to mention step by step instructions on how to do it all. lol you could have your getrag out in one afternoon, half rebuilt by supper. finished in the morning then put in the next afternoon! get someone who knows engines to come by and i bet you could swing a mad deal with Dave on his Lumina Z34 5spd... sort of a package deal. lol got a spare intermediate shaft?
