1991 Chevrolet Lumina Z34 Coupe with Very Rare Getrag 284 5 spd. From what I found out, in 1991 there were Only 30 Z34 Canadian models made WITH the 5spd Getrag 284. NEEDS Timing belt & Intermediate Shaft. Engine ran Excellent when it was running! What happened was the timing belt broke, I installed a brand new one. The Compression was great all around (no valves bent) and the engine runs excellent,and smooth, no knocking ( had good vacuum, and oil pressure) but as the engine ran, the belt would start slowly inching over, so I would shut it off after about 20 min and move it over again. If you watched the sprocket that goes onto the intermediate shaft when the engine was running it would slightly wobble. I removed the belt and you can move the sprocket back and forth enough that you know that it must be broken and it has to be on a angle because the engine has good oil pressure. It's a very nice Car, the interior looks like brand new, the seats, carpet, and whole interior are Excellent! Non-smoker. All original. Asking $2000 (780) 884-7545 or (780) 758-9769
