94GPGTP... yes there is a clip that attaches the lines to the rail. I can sell you the whole rail.

CNCguy - I can check on a shipping quote tomorrow for the TB.

CNCGuy... sorry for the delay. Shipping is $7 for a total of $32.

I want to be as honest as possible about the TB so I took some better pics. I realized there is something major that I did to it that I didn't realize at the time of original posting. That is I ground away the area beneath the IAC passage. The reason i did this is because I was mounting the TB to a flat plate that had only a 3" bore with no accommodations for an IAC passage above the throttle bore. By grinding away the area between the throttle bore and IAC this allowed the metered IAC air to pass into the bore area behind the TB plate. The below pics demonstrate the changes I made for the IAC passage. I ran it like this on my 3.4 for a few years before swapping a Northstar TB in.

If this is a problem for you I understand - I can knock $5 off the top if it is and you are still interested.

            Thanks,
            John

I really don't need the whole rail. I just picked up a parts car and it has AIR. Do you have non AIR exhaust manifolds. Of course 96/96..

Sorry I can't split the fuel line clip from the rail since that makes the rail useless. I don't have the exhaust manifolds.

I don't believe any of the 96/97 cars came without AIR injection. I took the set I got on a set of heads and cut the injection tube 1/2 inch above the flare nut, pinched them some and welded them shut.

John, is the LS1 TB a direct bolt on to the 96/97 style intake?

Jon, no it is not a direct bolt on (it is also sold - I will update the posting).

THe 96/97 intake has a ~2.5" mount I believe at the throttle arm TB end. The LS1 TB is ~3". I had a custom built throttle arm that allowed for the LS1 TB... it'll be up for sale down the road when the LQ1 comes out.
