    Wanted Fiero full EFI manual....

    Looking for Full EFI with instructions (how to install) kit... Does not need to be smog legal. Car is exempt.
    For a carburated to EFI conversion project.....
    Looking for N/A EFI conversion kit for 2.8 iron head..
    Manifolds and plenum not needed.
    Looking for brain, fuel system, harness usable on a vintage car...

    seriously though, its easy enough to do with a GM ECM.
    1995 Monte Carlo LS 3100, 4T60E...for now, future plans include driving it until the wheels fall off!

            turn an older car running a 2.8 iron head in to an EFI.. that's it
            Don't know anything about efi and can't seem to get anybody to show me how to do it
            swap to older car looking for a nice "how to info" with plug in play no
            B/S no, turbo, SC... simple EFI....

              so just something extremely simple: no boost, no electronic tranny control.

              looking for TBI or multiport?

                I would prefur multiport olny for the simple fact that "if" I was to do any upgrades in the future I would have a easier chance of finding what i need...

                  easiest thing to do would be to grab a 1227727 or 1227730 and just run that, those ECMs can be found in TONS of cars.

                  personally, i wouldn't stick with an iron head motor, but its your call.

                    No I like the iron head.. I'm staying with that.. that's why I'm looking for a set up off a Fiero or camaro would be nice....

                    What is a 1227727 or 1227730? sorry have know clue what that is?????

                    Will this system run with NO smog equepment?

                      smog CAN be tuned out with just a few changes...

                      1227727 is a weatherproof ECM found in a LOT of vehicles.
                      1227730 is the non-wetherproof version of that ECM.

                        Ok so the brain from any of these cars will work on my setup?
                        Now the harnesses or no diffrent between Auto vs. Maunal?

                          the harness would be SLIGHTLY different from auto to manual, which are you planning on running?


                          and i just realized that my last post turned all of the "1988" values into ...
