The only meaning implied ...was to stress the difference in how much stronger steel objects subjected to the power of forging are when compared to the common sand casting methods of making engine parts. The difference in strength and durability is enormous between the two and of course, the making and machining of forged parts are quite necessarily ... much more expensive and costly.

Those three videos were meant to teach the viewer two things...

        (1) How to easily tell the difference between cast and forged steel parts.

        (2) What a magical, bell-like sound it is that comes only from forged steel and leaded glass crystal. Only forged steel make this sound because of how the carbon and iron atoms are deeply heated and viciously crushed together under such an enormous pounding that it causes their special sub-atomic alignment in the unique way this type of steel is created (From Inside Hell Itself...and just as Strong!). This process, when compared to plain sand casting methods, is as different as midnight is to morning.

None of this kind of strength, durability and reliability is possible in the making of common "pig iron" that comes into being when sloppy gobs of casually melted liquid iron are just dumped into sand molds, like so much cheap "Metal Jello".

Try turning a Chevrolet 327 C.I.D. engine above seven grand for any length of time with cast iron innards (and two bolt mains) ...and you'll soon get to see what a 500 Lb Grenade looks like when it explodes. But balance and blue print that same motor... with a Forged Steel Crankshaft and Forged Steel Connecting Rods...and Brother...You might even get to 10,000 rpms and have the motor stay nicely together. And so... Forged Steel Parts...are mysterious and wonderful things to use in the making of engines!

Those are the ideas I wanted to convey... Good Luck with your FSCS sale... The lucky new owner will be able to make some SERIOUS Horse Power!

Forged Steel.... There is NO substitute!

Frank...have you posted this offer in the "Buy/Sell/Trade" section of this Forum? If not...the sale of them might die in this place from a very quiet death as interest here subsides and the post gets pushed further down the ladder. At least there...it will remain until some action gets generated on your behalf...
