Issues
power door lock motors are weak when cold out
power antenna doesn't extend fully all the time
Its a little wet between the rear cam carrier and the rear head (not the oil pump drive, that is sealed up good) otherwise the car and engine is dry
Drivers side window switch sticks in auto down and will trip the breaker if not manually released
Brake booster has a very minor leak. The pedal will get hard to push after the engine is shut down for a while
And the big one, the Transaxle locked. Needs to be replaced.
Overview
Is a good car and everything essentially works. It tracks straight, stops, accelerates, and steers very well, an excellent comfortable cruiser and handler. Engine makes excellent oil pressure, runs smooth and alternator output is nominal. It isnt perfect at 199K but it is really nice clean, and civilized car. I am curious as to what I could get for it. I do love the car but the transaxle issue has put me to the limit and I really do not need the car. Bottom line all it needs to be driven is a gear box. PM me with interested offers please. This car needs to be moving not parked.
