    ...And the famous line, "My loss your gain!" Started a project car, dumped over $18000, got laid off, time to sell and condense my projects.

    355 Cu in. 4-bolt main Chevy V-8.

    Motor is a complete performance build by Gellner Engineering. For those of you that don't know Gellner, he is THE leading performance machine shop in northern Ohio. He has been building race engines since 1957.

    There is really too much to list but I'll give you a taste.
    All forged internals, Pink rods, polished beams, everything treated for strength, 13.5:1 compression. GM Performance Products, heads, cam, intake, and pistons.

    Dyno'd at 490 HP, 535 lbs torque @ flywheel.

    Full slug-by-slug balancing, blue-printed, street/strip port and polish work, flow-matched, cc'd, coated, etc, etc, etc....Motor is still registered with Gellner, so if you break it or need blueprint copies, flow numbers, dyno sheet, or need to re-balance after you break it, he has it on file. So if you spin a rod, you can order one rod from him to replace it and he will ship it pre-balanced/weighted to this engine specific build. Gellner numbers on block and crank.

    All told, I have over $8000 in the motor, willing to part with it for $5500 firm.

    B&M Street/Strip TH-400, Chevy pattern, short shaft, full of B&M trick shift, aluminum deep sump pan, installed in project car, never started or spun.
    Comes with 3800 stall Hole Shot B&M converter, I paid over $3200 with converter, yours for $2000 firm.

    The following is not a typo, read carefully:

    I have many extras that I'll throw in as soon as I get done going through all the boxes. What I can remember, new radiator and Dayco hoses for full-size Chevy, Barry Grant mechanical full pump, sumped and baffled full-size GM fuel tank, Chrome valve covers, Hooker Competition ceramic coated full length headers.

    (The following I haven't found yet)There should also be a Billet Mallory distributor, Barry Grant 900 CFM carb, High torque mini-starter (I think its Hamburger brand, I'm still going through boxes.) and many others when and/or if i find them all.

    I will deliver if your within 300 miles of Cleveland, Ohio, no charge. or you can meet me at my max of 300 miles, no charge.

    If anything needs to be shipped, we'll figure that out if/when you buy, as I have no idea what crating and shipping weight is on any of this. All ABove is cash only or a check/money order I will accept via mail after it clears.

    sigpicHow to make High performance Emissions:
    A "true" High flow converter, straight pipe.
    Low/No flow EGR valve, block off plate.
    Carbon canister and purge valve mod, place in large 30 Gallon can, cover, and place curbside, the city will do the rest.
    PCV valve and vent tube, reroute to exhaust to dump where it belongs, on the ground. Or add breathers and let it all free.
