    Well, theres no way i'm spending anywhere close to 200 on this.
    And my point was that I just want some bass, not a lot, and I'm not willing to sacrifice any trunk space. Something mounted to the rear deck is just what I am looking for - but regardless this thread isn't about what I should have done or what others think is better - it was to see if anyone had an amp they wanted to let go for cheap.

    The Bose in the mazda sounds really good for a factory system, I have no complaints about it.

      If you don't have all the Bose equipment to install, then trying to piece it together is not the way to go. All of the Bose gear is designed to work together. With that said, trying to power a Bose sub with a different brand amp isn't going to sound good. Trying to use a Bose amp with different brand speakers is also going to sound like crap.
