  • For Sale : Compete 3500 topend swap. BUILD YOUR 3x00 HYBRID!

    I have here for sale EVERYTHING you need to build a hybrid 3500/3400 engine.

    Here is whats included:
    (2) 3500 heads, complete with rockers, pushrods(still labled with GM paint), valves, springs. Excelent shape Back head has sensor in it with pigtail

    (1) upper intake. Comes with MAP and pigtail(splice it in), also comes with metal UIM gaskets

    (1) lower intake. Comes with t-stat and neck, and coolant pipe

    (2) valve covers and gaskets. Includes oil cap and extender.

    (2) 3500 exhaust manifolds. Includes one of the gaskets to mate to the y pipe. Includes all of heat sheilds.

    (1) coil pack bracket. This is the 3500 one, mount your 3400 coils on it.

    (1) Coolant pipe from the LIM. Maybe you can use it, maybe not. Your stock one will work fine.

    ALL BOLTS ARE INCLUDED!

    Basicly just get some LIM gaskets and bolt it on your 3400 and enjoy the power.

    These parts came from a 2005 Chevrolet malibu with 30k miles. It was rear ended BADLY. Engine not harmed in any way.

      I see that the UIM looks scratched in the pics. I dont think it is, that must be greese. I will get another pic.

        Bump, for a hell of a "bolt-on" deal...
        1995 Monte Carlo LS 3100, 4T60E...for now, future plans include driving it until the wheels fall off!

              Honestly there has been no need for it... It doesn't want to fall out or anything and I haven't blown it out either... lol So Unless I get a factory one I'll just leave it the way it is. I like the clean look of factory parts sometimes, and yeah I could make something but I've never been motivated enough to do so.

                Jon, PM your address and I will send you a replica made out of stainless steel.

                EDIT: make that steel. The stainless I have will be a beyotch to cut that small as it's pretty thick. (I used it to make a muffler strap and other mounts)

                      I can ship you everything but the exhaust manifolds for 55$ 6-days usps, or 75 2 day usps.
                      I would have to ship the exhaust manifolds seperate, they will make it exceed the 70lb limit.

                      UPS is extreamly expensive.

                      Again, it is OBO so I can work with you a little

                            Correct. Good find iyybob, and welcome to 60degreev6

                            You can't use that upper in your Camaro either, unless you plan on machining/welding it to clear the cowl.

                              i wasnt planin on fabbin the head to make it fit the most i ever did was make a home made FTRA setup. i was kinda hopein you could do the brake booster thing and retap it on the side if i can mail u the stuff to get P&P. are the 3500 UIM not worth the gains Vs. the 3400 ? i have a 3400 UIM also with the TB and fuel rails n injectors.
