comes with both hid capsules, both ballasts, and required hardware to make it work. if you need 9006 or 9005 or any color temperature.

these are VVME brand. even cheaper than their online site or ebay.
you get relayed harnesses included and special color temperatures of your choice included in the price. If you buy them on their site or ebay there is 15.00 charge for the relays or 15.00 for special color temperatures.

Do these have the plug and play connectors, in other words do the ballasts input just snap right into your OEM harness where the bulb would?

well there is two terminals that is suppose to go into the oem harness

What are you talking about...maybe in your state. I'm referring to simple federal law. If your state bans mods then so be it but I'm talking about a federal level.
