I was going to say that a set of heads would be easy to find in a junkyard but I see that you are in Germany. But check out Ebay, there is usually a few heads for sale on there.

I have a set that came off my 3.1 and were running strong (blew the bottom end from turbocharging).

I'll let you have them for a reasonable price, but shipping would be expensive.

I need to flow the iron head with and without the complete manifold setup someday.

enough of the off topic though:P what would it cost to ship a set of heads to germany? I dunno what they weigh.

A complete iron head top end weighs 84lbs IIRC, then you can subtract about 14lbs for the manifolds.

I Could send you a head and manifolds if you want (the junk ones will work), but I already have flow numbers for stock and SuperSix porting - thanks to turboproject...

Shipping will be about 150.00 IIRC. lbs + size of those heads just adds up.

I can get a head local probably but could use manifolds. Nice to see those numbers are close to mine. 3.4 DOHC pwns on the bench.

Probably because some of them ARE your numbers

oh. well then nevermind:P I like comparing off the same bench cause each setup is different. I use a tube for the exhaust and if you don't, those iron head 3.4 numbers look realistic for gen 2 for the most part.

IIRC, he is coming over to the states in a month or so, so he could pick them up and take them back on the plane with him.
