  • For Sale/Trade: AppleTV

Anyone want an Apple TV? I just don't use it anymore. I have Mac connected to the TV too and I end up using that most of the time. I'll sell it or trade it off, anyone care to offer something?

Apple TV 4K. Our best audio and video quality. Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and Dolby Atmos. Works seamlessly with Apple devices, services, and smart home.

I bought it new, upgraded the drive to 160GB (but could downgrade it to either 80GB or the original 40GB). The new software streams off a Mac/PC seamlessly, so you don't need as much internal storage. I had it hacked to play divx and everything before. But after the software update I just enabled SSH to prepare it for re-hacking.

So, in case anyone is interested in trading some 60º parts you don't need anyway for an Apple TV, lemme know.

An M90. Well, maybe not just yet.

I'm planning a 3.4/3x00 hybrid, and stroking a 2.8L to 3.1L. I have most of the 3400 top end lined up already, but if you have something else that you think I might need, like...

3.1L Pistons (iron head, for stroking a 2.8L)
3400 Pistons (for top end swap on 3.4L)
F-Body bottom end or bare block

      I'll pay freight costs

If you don't want an Apple TV, I'd just buy stuff too. But I don't need the aTV, so I'd like pass it on to someone who would use it. They are pretty darned slick.

It's not a TV, it's a set-top box for storing and streaming digital media to an HDTV. Can do on-demand movie rentals and stuff through it now.

One of the features is AirTunes, which I use constantly. Stream audio from iTunes to your stereo (or from any app using a program called AirFoil). I don't know how I would listen to my music without AirTunes, something that you use daily once you have it.

Regular retail price is $229 for the 40GB model, and $329 for the 160GB model. I got mine when they first came out and only the 40GB model was available, then upgraded the hard drive to 160GB myself. I believe the hardware is still all the same, price has dropped of course. I think they were $299 for the 40GB when I got it one year ago.
