- SO MUCH MORE I'M FORGETTING.
The previous owner had the following done prior to my purchase:
- New complete paint job (9 out of 10...one small, hardly noticeable run)
- Powder-coated the intake plenum and valve covers.
- 160 degree thermostat
- Front struts were replaced just prior to my buying it, along with ball joints and tierod ends.
- The heads are decked .010, ported, polished, and completely gasket matched, using 3400 heads.
- Polished the intakes of the heads and intake manifold.
- The exhaust side of the heads were opened up, as well as the exhaust manifolds.
- Fixed position radio antenna
- Replaced the fuel tank
- Installed a new TGP fuel pump
- Installed new fuel lines
- Rebuilt the turbocharger 25 miles prior to my purchase (Poor Rebuild)
- Had two new tires on it, but they were the wrong size (Which led to the new set)
The Good:
- Runs good
- NO RUST!
- Paint is beautiful and shines great...everyone can vouch for it.
- Doesn't suffer from Christmas gauges lol...no random lights.
- Front tires have ample tread left, rears are decent.
- HAS VALANCE
- Includes factory trunk lid - the one on there now is from a 94, repainted to match.
- Everything works
- I average over 415 miles to the tank with a combination of highway/city driving...usually the DIC averages 32 mpg.
The Bad:
- Performance Sound switch fell inside the door - no worries, because the door speakers are hard wired to the dash speakers.
- Driver's seat is ripped in the middle...but whose leather seat isn't? Passenger's side has one small rip. Rears are great.
- Paint is not perfect, even though it's beautiful. One small crack by the rear window, and the hood was peeling when I got it - touched it up and you can't tell from 5 feet away.
- Crossover is not lined up correctly. I don't have the time or place to fix this, so while it does run, it will obviously run better when it's fixed.
- Rear proportioning valve is leaking. Brakes still work and stop good, I just add brake fluid every couple weeks. Again, I don't have the time or place to fix this, but I know it's simple as hell to fix.
I was asking $5000, but I NEED this gone so I can buy my trailer house, and that's coming up REALLY fast. I am keeping the front and rear STB, my FFP dogbones, and my subs, but I'll leave the amp that powers the rear speakers and the CD player. If you want the STB's and dogbones, maybe we can work something out.
First $3500 takes it. Cash works best, but if you pay in check or money order be prepared to wait for it to clear. I priced it to sell quick, and need it gone quick. I'll work with offers, but I'm on a timeline, so please don't dick around and wait to think lol.
