  • WTB: 4T60-E Transmission

    the final drive broke and cracked/ destroyed the final drive cover.. that was the first time.. i replaced the cover and final drive and it lasted about 2-3 months broke it broke/destroyed the final drive and cover.. This is in a 1994 Grand Prix GTP 3.4 TDC..

    If anyone has a Final Drive and Final Drive Cover or even a bad transmission with the final drive and cover thats good ill buy the whole transmission if you need it gone and just want a lil money.. I need as many leads i can get to a final drive and cover..

    Any Transmission will be fine a 3.4TDC or 3100.. as long as its 4T60-e.. Thanks pleaase let me know i need one asap..

      either your doing some dumb stuff with the car or your trans is severely screwed up to be eating diff's and covers like that.

      i got a cover from my 95 beretta with the 4t60. if its the same cover then well its yours.

        i first time the diff blew up from takening off spinning both wheels.. then this second time about 4 months later i sold the car to a friend about 2 weeks ago and he got stuck and spun the shit out of the pass side tire and blew the boot off the cv axle and blew the diff..

          what the hell was your friend doing bouncing it off the rev limiter or something.
          hell ive sat there and burnt the shit out of the tires and nothing blew up on me.
