Would that be the rubber filled torq strut? Or the actual metal black bracket? Got a used torq strut mount for cheap? What about throttle body linkage shaft if the year is 94-98ish ?

it is the actual metal bracket, as for the throttlebody linkage shaft, not sure what part your talking about?
