I have a 95 3.4 Plenum
I might not have all the bolts, but maybe you don't need them...

i also have a 93 plenum and lower intake.
it has been slightly modified however. on the MAP section, 2 of the 3 vac ports have been blocked off, also it is setup for a remote mount on the MAP sensor, it has had a tb coolant bypass setup on it which also makes it a "quick change intake" meaning nothing crazy holds it down. just undo the 10mm screws and it comes off.
lastly, it also comes with a few fittings in the lower intake which was inplace to have it clear a set of headers or perhaps some turbo piping
