From what I have seen Volvo turbos tend to be specific for Volvo with odd design turbine and compressor housings, if that is the case in this instance you may need to look for a matching turbo for a twin setup. For example the 80s chrysler, Saab, GM and Ford Turbo cars shared the same type of turbo in some way that they had interchangeable parts to get the desired setup. Chrysler had unique turbine housing but the rest of the turbo could be fitted to the Saab, Ford and GM turbine housing. Basically you could mix and match them all with a few exceptions where non Garrett turbos were used.

I am building a rear mounted turbo system like Squires Turbo system & the guy who runs www.khturbo.net. It doesnt take a whole lotof boost for power if it is done right and these systems work like a mofo...
just need to know size and type so i can get the flanges ready before it gets here. All i have is the volvo part number

That price is so low for a part of that nature from a car of that caliber I'm suspicious. Unless you purchased it from a friend. When the price is that low often there is something wrong with it. Search Ebay they have lots of turbos on the block, some far more common and suitable for your plans for around $150-200 new.
