hi guys. got a 3400 in a 3rd gen cavy 5 spd. anyways its going to have turbo headers along with having v6HO porting and milzy stage 1 turbo cam. it should flow well and was wonding what everyone thought of this turbo. t-61 t4 .70 ar hotside housing. my only concern is spool up time is a .70 t4 housing too big for a 3400 or should i be running more like a .82 t3 style housing? id like to rev to around 7000-7500 eventually and plan to upgrade in the future with a bigger cam and more boost. id like to hit 4-500 hp if possible on the fully built motor...
so for now do you think this setup would do ok on the stock motor running max of 8-10 psi and 6000-6500 rpm?
also wondering about the gt series gt35r. wanting to get this in a .82 t4 housing but wondering if this will also spool slow 4000+ rpm or do you think we could see it spooling by 3000-3500??
Thanks guys lemme know
