Why don't you do some research yourself. Learn how to read compressor maps. Then, find various turbo's that people said were "good", then match what you think is good for you.
We all have different performance objectives. What rpm range do you want this to kick in? What rpm for max boost? What do you plan on doing to the engine to prepare it for the turbo?1992 Miata B Package

good luck tuning that 95 MC with a turbo
its obd1.5 and no one makes a "chip" or programer for you
you have to go with a stand alone system and thats not cheap
you will probably also need bigger injectors if you plan to pull off more than 5 psi, anything less than 5 psi is pretty much a waste anyway.
go to www.mymonte.com and ask Timg some questions. he is the only guy to pull off turbo'ing a 95 MC but is having a lot of issues tuning it but has a stand alone system.
oh yea, and get the book "Maximum Boost" by Corkey Bell and learn about turbo's before you do anything.

everyone finds oem turbos off of 4 cyl motors, tons of them floating around from the ford 2.3 ohc turbocoupes and svo stang, think about it, that motor is smaller than your v6, and i think it only revs to 5000rpm, less than your 6, so stay away from it. try to find one from a supra. 88+, they were something around 3.0 liter I6 dohc motors, should be much better than anything from a 4 banger. rev out farther than our 6's do to i think. or the twins from a 3000gt. that would rock. but like the others said it depends on what you want, when you want it, and what you are willing to do for it.If you aren't friends with a liar, you aren't friends with anyone.

IMO, a turbo from a supra would not be the best choice, I have two friends that tune supras and the first thing they told me is how inefficient the turbo is at higher rpm and over about 11 psi. Also, the supra redlines at 6500 vs 7000 rpm for the tdc motor, and the tdc is almost half a liter larger, which would make the turbo seem even smaller. Get a clipped wheel on the supra's turbo and it owuld probably fit alright though, but that beats the point of getting a junkyard turbo. Twins from a 3000gt would be good, or see what kind of turbo the 3000gt users are upgrading to and use two of those. I think twin 1g DSM turbos would be a decent choice if I remember their size correctly.

Well I plan on boring the heads to .020..To clean them up, then get forged pistons, p&p heads and intake and tb, lightend lifters, stiffer springs, a chip from 60degreestore and make a cold are intake puting a 5 speed in it..then the turbo...I wanna try and get some horses.

unless ben has made some serious progress, your NOT going to be able to get a chip from the 60degreestore
the 95's are obd1.5 and there is no one that i know of that is programing for obd1.5
and dont the DOHC's already have forged pistons?
and i do not recommend getting any turbo from any 4 cyl from a junkyard or from anything as a matter of fact. even that twin turbo setup would not be very good. there is a reason why stock twin turbo guys go to one large turbo.
as for the size of turbo to get, im going to lean towards at least a t3/t4 hybrid with rather large AR #'s. i think Timg is running a T04E which is larger than a t3/t4. im running a t3/t4 hybrid. 57 trim, 50 ar cold side, 84 ar hot side, on my 3400 at about 10-12 psi.
there is NO ONE that has turbo'd a 95 MC besides Timg and in all honesty would be the only person that can point you in the right direction with what you want from a turbo setup. everyone else just has assumptions.

Well, i just ordered my turbo yesterday afternoon for my car 1994 LQ1 Cutlass vert. I ordered the TO4E like timg has. I have a few different ideas i am going to try, so that im not making and exact copy set up like him. I planned on going with a turbonetics 60-1 turbo, but that was $300 more and was made for hp numbers near 600. I ordered the garret, just about the same size, and it cost $600. Im looking forward to getting my car back on the road this spring. I will be getting the lighter lifters, and hopefully if they finally come some P&P heads w/valve job and upgrading the injectors and the fuel pump. Ill see how it goes without the FMU and just bigger injectors. Some cam timing and bigger exhaust(minus cat) and hopefully itll produce some decent numbers. Also, look into getting a wideband O2 to help with tuning.
