On what engine, what do you have done to it? what chassis? What tranny? Whats the FDR? Tire size? Etc?

What kind of engine do you want to run this with, a 3.1 I know but stock or what?

If it's a stock 3.1, I'd say look for a CT-26 off a MK3 Supra. It was a 3.0L engine with a 6500 rpm redline, and those max out at about 14 psi. If your motor is stock, you probably won't be revving that high or running enough boost to max it out.

What kind of cam? Did you change the compression ratio beyond the ~9:1 that is stock? You'll have to lower the cr to get more than 10 psi safely in my opinion. Any head work done?

I hope you used 3.1 pistons, other wise your pistons will get real "friendly" with your heads.

What cam are you using? Specs, duration, lift, overlap, centerline, LSA, etc.?

Whoops, I forgot to ask about that feature. I would hope that since that much work went into it that it was obvious that wouldn't work.

yes 3.1 pistons and prob the comp cams 260h along with rockerd and lifters and yes stock compression ratio
