  • My little turbo setup

Check out my turbo set up.
It's in the car domain site in the sig.
I made the site 7 pages so it won't take so long for the pages to load.
    40 some pictures.
    Some of the points:
Cheap, all my own work, a lot of the stuff is slightly-heavly used, some new stuff.
    Twin K03 turbos
SS headers, parts so far not done yet.
Stand alone turbo oiling system, haven't made the tank yet.
    Modified fuel system, done.
P&P heads, titanium retainers, new springs, done
    Crane roller rockers
    Ported Intake manifold
Working on modifing the intake to take a 75mm LS1 tb
    Plenum spacers
    IC's
Part #'s for some of the harder to find parts.
    Modded stock VW down pipe.
Lots of K03 info for any one to look at.
    And much more.

Haha all I wanted to do was call bullshit and call you a dumbass, but it seems you have your ducks in a row. Props given.

As for the TB, why not? It's just less restriction, and with boost, it doesn't matter nearly as much. Will lose some low end, but then you can just only give it %60 throttle on the low end or something.

I like your security system btw

But who'd want to steal a 85 camaro V6?.........If they only knew.......

            The next generation:
Titanium faberication and vacuum formed composites.
Good news, Titanium sheet metal, pipes and welding wire are in the mail; bad, no money for composites spent it all on titanium.
Titanium work could start tomarrow or next week.
My Composits work will start december.
It's concept is to be a top speed interstate road warrior that can hold it's own on a drag strip and turn high trap speeds. Hopefully get decent gas mileage also.
Major hints: A 75mm tb that clearly makes power when opened fully, a manual 5-speed trasmission and (the stock) 3.42 gears.

Yes they do have 2.8's. Untill you kill the 2.8 and replace it with a 3.4L
