had a brainsyorm today want to turbo my 1998 monte carlo. i have a turbo from a 1990 toyota supra laying around and i know that i can mount it but i was wondering what this would do to the computer and sensors? and do i need bigger injectors and can the mass air sensor be in line with boost going through it ? how much boost can i run (6-8 psi) where do i get extra fuel? would an apex-i piggyback fuel comp work i am trying to do all this 4 under 250. any help would be greatly app. thanks

first of all what motor is in ur car, and secondly, it shouldn't be that hard, i believe you're on the right track because someone has successfully done it that way using a GM mini-AFC, i wouldn't try going over 6psi or so. and you'll need a dyno to tune it.93 Z34 Auto (old, dead, slow, in peices)

thanks 4 the help turbo is on and goeing it ran a 15.2 in the quarter not to bad. with the addition of an intercooler if i am lucky and on a cold day it might hit 14.9 boost is set at 6.5 psi all i really needed was a pressure regulator air fuel is where it should be3800 S3 intercooled turbo...
