The OBX exhaust on my Firebird is pretty quiet IMO, even though the muffler is basically just a glasspack with a bend in the middle. The turbo is louder than the exhaust when under full throttle. I didn't notice a loss of power after installing it.
Like mentioned above however, neighbours have complained about my car being loud when I head to work at 5:30 am. When I go to the track its always one of the quietest cars there.
