8PSI from a M90 on an otherwise stock 3x00 would be pretty nice.... enough to make me consider playing with a roots blower rather than a blowdryer.

                            Bypass, bracing

As in the original kit, the fan mount had to be trimmed for the bypass valve. I may order another lever to change the angle. The blower case rests on a pad on the side brace tube. There is room for improvement here. Not ready for rough roads, but hope to get some tests in without cracking an outlet. Next have to make gaskets.

The hose will be fine, at least 1/2 inch clearance, easily wrapped with insulation if need be. Not sure how close it is for a stock manifold, though. But the header is almost touching the stock water outlet anyway, I usually shield that. There is space between the blower and all the other components, can shield it underneath as well, where the original MP62 kit actually touched the engine and hose.
