Please help with input for turbo calc

In wanting to avoid the old "junk in, junk out", I am looking for input on what figures to use for a stock 3.5 so I can choose a turbo/turbos. I started with the setting on the screen except for entering my engine size and what I think they recommended for BSFC.
What are the realistic figures for rpm, efficiency and intake temp.
The engine will be going in a Fiero with a 5spd. Is 325hp a realistic expectation, or is it to high or to low for a stock engine.

THAT should be a good start for a 3500. 325 is definitely within grasp, assuming you have a decent intercooler and a good tune.
