    nope.. I do as you can see have a FFP billit mount with urithane bushings.. everything looks brand new still. Honestly the bracket doesn't get as hot as you would think.

    On the other note, make sure you do somthing with thoes fuel lines! I have part of mine SS braided and the rest i have in a heat sleave and the DP is wrapped in header wrap. I don't remember where the 3X00 fuel lines run but if they do make sure you have them protected..
