what rpm range / spool time with this turbo?

T04B 0.60 A/R, T4 1.15 A/R

just trying to figure out what rpm and spool time i would get with a turbo of that size, on a 3500.

that's a rather large A/R on the turbine side.... but we would need dimension measurements as well: a/r alone is not enough.
