For street only and 8 psi you should lean towards the .82 housing since it is a T3 turbine as opposed to a T4. That should keep your exhaust back pressure at a reasonable level over the full range of boost. The old Ford turbo cars used a .63 on their four cylinder cars and I've experienced some what of a wall like resistance with a .63 on an iron head 3100 which didn't flow nearly as well as the 3500 so you will probably be much better off with the larger turbine which isn't large at all compared to your engine choice.

If on the other hand you will be limiting your revs to the low to mid 5k range the .63 should be fine. I went well above that sometimes seemingly trying to shake the piston off the end of the rod. I nearly did I discovered after tearing the engine down.

I remember years ago, being told your shift point should be where your HP and Tq meet.

Would that hold true for a Stick too? DD03 says HP/TQ meet @ 5200 Rpm

huh? torque and HP will ALWAYS cross at 5252RPM.

        FACT.

your best shift points would be to rev high enough so that when you shift, you shift into more torque(and therefore HP) than what you had before the shift.

So assuming my measurements are correct for the Turbine, which I think they are as my measurements were accurate for the compressor, what Map should I use?

And what Specs would I use in the Turbo Calc and for DD2003?

the GT3582R map should work pretty good since the only size difference for the compressor is that the GT3582R has a .4mm larger inducer...

as far as what info to punch into DD2003, you'll have to post other things first.

FYI. Worry first about the size of the wheels, and then the trim and a/r. A very small turbo can have a large a/r and a very large turbo can have a small a/r.

Well I am still just learning.
I needed to measure it all to be sure I had correct specs to start with lol.

                  Hmmm wierd,

Says .60AR on the compressor, but according to Precision based on pics and measurements, this is the specs on the Compressor

                  Model - 6152E
Power Rating - 630HP to Flywheel
Exhaust Housing - (I am still confused here, It uses a T04 Inlet flange)
                  Exhaust AR .63
                  Exhaust Wheel - Inducer 2.759" (70.1mm) Exducer 2.437" (61.9mm)
                  Journal Bearing
                  Comp In/Out Diam. 3" Inlet / 2" Outlet
                  Comp Wheel - Inducer 2.416" (61mm) Exducer 3.227" (82mm)

That is a 6152 rated at 630 to the flywheel. You can use a Precision 39mm wastegate and a 50mm BOV.
                  link to 6152 E cover

So now that I have specs, what is next lol

( so Compressor is .60AR and Turbine is .63AR? )

compressor A/R doesn't have a whole lot of effect on it's performance, or at least that's what maximum boost says about it...
