Thanks for the help. I guess I overestimated VEs the first time around. The T04e turbos seem to be way too big now, and the Super 60 shifts to look like this.

This is shooting for 300 BHP from squirrel performance.

60 with a .82 turbine housing would be a good start if you really are going to spin as high as 6000 rpm and 18 psi. Otherwise you may want to start with a .63 turbine housing unless you intend to race primarily. Around town driving favors low end torqe.

I've run 12 psi on a stock 2.8 with a simple chrysler T3 .42 compressor and .48 turbine around 1995 back before turbocharging was as popular as it is now. It was blowing through a Ford Probe intercooler sitting on the end of the Fiero transaxle and as inefficient as it was it still pulled well in the upper rpm range. I believe it could have taken my TPI Z28. The Fiero forum wasn't around then.

The short stroke, low CR combination was driving me toward the 0.63 AR turbine T3 super 60; however, after top end swapping and fabbing up my exhaust, I would like to take advantage of the top end as well. I know generally you can't have it both ways. The T3 super 60 map seems pretty narrow though.

Right now I'm running ~11 psi with my T25, and I don't expect to go much higher with the new turbo. The car is mostly a fun weekend driver, no racing for me, but I will spin it up there more than occasionally.

Just going by the points you posted on the MAP, 18 psi is far too much for a .63 turbine on a 2.8L in the 6000 rpm range. Your boost to exhaust pressure ratio would be very high.
