  • Question : S/C pulleys

To ease tuning for boost I'm looking for a slightly larger pulley than what I've got. Preferably a 2.3-2.5" one as the 2.1" and 1.9" ones I have are likely to be a little too aggressive at first. A bigger pulley would also be useful during the winter months. The S/C I'll be using is an M62 unit that has a .64" (16.26mm) driveshaft. I'm not sure what else out there would use the same size or is it common?

have you installed that kit yet? I know this post is old, but I could probably talk to a couple people and find a 2.4 pulley if you want?

I haven't yet but most of the preparations are finally done...just need to finish integrating and base-tune megasquirt and rebuild the trans, then the S/C can go straight in.

If you know someone who has one they want to get rid of then I'll be up for that.

Thanks but don't go too out of your way over it. I can always look up this nherbst guy I've been hearing about or shoot an email to Pulleyboys and have something custom made if need be.
