So they run the turbo only off of one bank (passenger side)? $350 seems kind of high to me for just a single header...

No, it's the BBS headers. IIRC it uses the stock driver's manifold and uses the y-pipe as a x over to the new header.

Yeah, $350 is high for one header. He makes them from 14ga steel.

regardless, it makes turbocharging alot easier for me, i dont have the time to fab up my own header, and my blazer is my only truck for now, i allready have the turbo so its not to bad, im not going to intercool right away.

I turbocharged my 85 s-10 2.8L. I used a set of tubular stock manifolds from a fiero 2.8 They exit out the front of the engine, then I connected them together and mounted the turbo to it. Heck of a lot cheaper than $350. might want to look into that.

They put the MAF sensor in front of the turbo instead of between it and the throttlebody, I believe it is more accurate measuring the condition of the actual air that is going into the engine since there is a burnoff wire in the sensor that I believe is used for determining air density by the rate it is cooled by the passing air especially if the turbo outlet air is over 200 degrees such as in my situation.

It's a nice option for V6 owners and with a good size intercooler you could surprise a few. Now days some mini vans are closing in on 6 second 0-60 times and not long ago that was considered impressive. Now impressive is under 5 seconds 0-60 and under 13 in the quarter.

all saabs have a single bank turbo setup, it is not ideal but it works for a quick splash of power.

Their new ones don't. Single turbo fed by both banks on the 2.8l V6.
