How has this project been coming along? I've been contemplating supercharging my 3.4L similar to how you did (except w/ gas). I'd like to know your technique for aligning and attaching the M90 to the manifold.

Do you have the blower's boost bypass valve functional? If not then that could be the reason for the BOV staying open and hoses blowing off.sigpic
