The 2.5" pipe that goes right to the MAF likely is causing problems. Since the air doesn't have time to smooth out to the diameter of the MAF. It's just ramming right into the center of it. That's my guess.
Also, if you could move the BOV back further (I know that's not optimal, closest to TB is best) to right after where the pipe comes out of the fender, then go to 3" and then put the MAF after that a bit so that the MAF is by the compressor housing instead of by the exhaust housing. Of course that might not help put the MAF far enough away from the 2.5" charge pipe to smooth out the air again.... I'd keep the screen in the MAF if you have took it out.
Perhaps putting the MAF right by the TB would work too, but not sure if that's good for smooth flow through it either being so close....
Midnightriderz24: He is OBDII... Can't exactly use TGP code. Or even go to OBDI because his trans is a 4T60-E electronic controlled...
Loner, I'm not sure but I heard of a 2 bar "patch" for either HPT or DHP. Not sure which. I know rickeykline is using 2bar IIRC. Might want to get in touch with him, his setup is like yours. (turbo, 3400/3500). Otherwise perhaps adjusting the MAF flow tables would be the route to go. Not sure if you will max out the MAF, might have to go to LS1 MAF then.
Do you have a wideband? Keep it on the rich side always when in boost to be safe especially until it's dialed in.sigpic New 2010 project (click image)

Wideband is on and if you watch the video, you can hear Bo mentioning how rich it is.

turbo is a 60 trim Garret with a .63A/R stage 3 exhaust
the piping is going to get more work done to it in time..we took the windshield washer tank out to work so i think im going to relocate it so the piping can be brought up some more for the intercooler to fit better and allow for a larger pipe on the cold side
and i might swap in a 5 speed as i might have lost the auto already..its got 140k miles on it anyway1994 Chevy Corsica. Parted out. Just a rotting shell now

nope, your thinking something else....
this changes the values of the map output. it makes it so that at 2bar the signal is 5v to the ecm, but everywhere before lines up the way it should. ill see if i can find it online somewhere3500, 1280 cam and PR, ls6 valve springs, port and polished heads, ported lim, ported uim, 4.3 70mm tb, ported trueleo headers and y pipe ALL FOR SALE (minus the car)

i drew it in paint...sorry for the quality
in order to allow the 2bar map to operate at slightly higher boost, the circut below was added between the output of the map and the ecm. this allows the 2bar map to operate normally between 0 and 1 bar, and then operate on a different slope between 1 and 2 bar, so that it will actually sense accurately up to about 18psi of boost. it also keeps the output voltage from exceeding the limit that causes the fiero ecm to momentarily shut off the engine and gie an error code. this change is slope of the 2 bar map sensor must be coordinated with the VE for values above 1 bar. this change allowed the fiero to idle well because it responds like it did previously with manifold vacuum (absolute < 1 BAR)
