Did you weld the intercooler piping yourself. That looks really clean. Your manifold design is very good as well. However you should have a bracket or something other than the crossover pipe supporting the turbo. Otherwise the bellows will fatigue in torsion which is not a good idea. Yeah I hate to say it but your choice for wastegate placement is less than ideal. You really want it after the collector so it vents uniformly from all cylinders. Also it causes some reversal of the exhaust flow which is limiting some flow to the turbine. But keep it conservative and you should be good. I'm glad to see someone give this a try and it is a very nicely done setup. I think you should be proud especially if this is your first time doing this. If and when you upgrade the turbo get one with an integral wastegate on the turbine, it is not as high performance wise but it is a stock 3400 V6 so it is not going to make a ton of power anyways.
