Where in the intake is the extra injector? With a single-point fuel enrichment like that, you are more than likely to run lean on one or more cylinders. These intakes are designed for dry flow, and aren't going to do real well at disributing an air/fuel mixture.

If your ECM is MAP like I think it is, your looking into some major problems. At 6psi you need a lot less spark then your ECM will be giving. Fuel, that is bout the worst way to do it.
My suggestion, take the time and at least do the ECM side the right way.

I know what your getting at but your questions don't really make a lot of sense. my recomendation is take it to a performance shop that has done custom turbo installs before and talk to them about the proper way to do it.... but here are some answers to your questions anyways...
you should not need the 7th injector. and you should not run lean. if your only running 6psi you will want to put in a Walbro 255 high pressure and a vortec 12:1 fmu. with only 6psi you don't really need to intercool it either. it would be a good idea but not required. any more then 5-6psi then you will want an intercooler to help prevent detination.
assuming everything is installed properly and there is nothing majorly wrong with the motor allready then it should not blow.
