Lifting my front wheels, one jack at a time.

Got a battery for my digital caliper and took measurements. I looked at spec charts for a couple of different manufactors as I couldn't find any for a Schwitzer. I know the turbo is a Schwitzer TO4B from the tag on the compressor and an .84 ar turbine.I determined that the compressor has an H trim and the turbine a P trim. What I haven't found is how much air it flows, anyone know? Also, I had seen inlet diameter sizes required for given flow rates in one of my searches but can't find it now.

Yeah, I know.I wasn't going to use this turbo for my 3.4 project. It's a new one I picked up for a 5.0 but decided to do the 3.4 instead.I'm gonna sell it and want to make sure I don't sell someone something they can't use. How's your project coming along? Where in FL. do you live, not trying to get your address, just thought I could see your car when it's finished. I live in W.P.B;but wiil be moving to Inverness FL. in a few months.

Oh,mine will be in the planning stage for sometime, got to finish this house before I can start and I've got a blazer V8 that has 90% of the mechanicals done that I have to finish before my turbo project.Though it pays to start researching and gathering parts well in advance.

Here's a place that will help you calculate trim by measuring the ex/in-ducer...

I've measured both the compressor and turbine wheels. The comp:2.299 ind./ 2.675 exd. Turbine:2.515 exd. / 2.895 ind. Checking the specs for a T04B H/P trim I noticed there were slight diff. in specs from brand to brand. I measured to the 1000th,that's close! These are the spec's from one of the spec sheets:Comp: ind. 2.298 exd. 2.750 Trubine:exd.2.544 ind.2.922
If you round them off they equal a H/P trim.
