I did tune it up some, had a few issues. Boost wouldn't hold, so I didn't get a consistant boost level. I had problems getting the injectors to run clean enough at idle, so to fix it, we ended up reducing their effective overall rating, so it ran out of fuel at 9 psi.

but it didn't do to bad. The boost control issues lead to 8.5 psi at low rpm, but it fell off by 3800 to 4.5 psi, so. 212 wheel HP @ 4.5 psi @ 5050 rpm and 320 wheel ft lbs @ 8.5 psi @ 3300 rpm. I'm sure if I run it at 8.5 psi at 5050, I'd get around 250-260 wheel HP, close to what I was shooting for. I guessed 10-12 psi would be 280ish, so that's close.

I'm fixing the boost issues, it was a mix of the controller and the BOV. I'm not sure what I'm going to do on the fuel, though. I might just leave it as is and run 8 psi max or maybe 7 and decide in a couple of months.

As for the car to put the motor into, the Fiero would be a good choice except.... the choice of transmissions sucks. I broke the 5-speed in FWD, I'm sure it would break in a mid-engine setup. I hate autos, so.

the "built" motor was using a T4 .7 A/R p trim turbine with a 60-1 compressor, yes. In the new chassis, it will have 2 GT28RS turbo's.

What are you doing with the old turbo? I have the Fiero that you had helped out with the Haltech tuning... My current 60-1 seems to be almost dead.... I can get a new chra, but maybe I could add a little $$ to your pocket if you are interested in a sale. Let me know, thanks.

I'd like to get rid of the whole setup, headers, crossover, turbo, and exhaust. If course, the exhaust wouldn't fit a Fiero, but the headers will and maybe the crossover. I'd have to check, though.

I already built custom headers and crossover for my fiero, so none of that would do me anygood... I'd just have to swap from a t3 to a t4 flange...

let me know, also, any pics of the whole setup or just the turbo? thanks,
