i'd actually rather trade the car than sell it outright. what i really want is a '92-'95 Bonneville SSEi. i just love how they look; it's by far my favorite looking FWD GM car and of course i'm partial to sedans. it's too bad the H-bodies didn't come with a 60*V6 otherwise i'd be rebuiding the 3400 in my garage and turbocharging that to drop in an SSEi i wouldn't mind getting a nice '89-'91 SHO or a Spirit R/T either. i love the Turbo Cutlass but after owning & modding it for almost 7 years now it's time for something different. i'd rather just keep my Regal GS as my stock daily driver but i want to have a 2nd car as a project. i gotta have a project car otherwise i'd go nuts haha.

FFP and Held make adjustable rear coilovers. i bought mine from a company called TwinDualCams.com a long time ago (TDC is long out of business). last November i had to replace the sleeves and adjuster nuts, and thankfully was able to get them through AFCO Racing. otherwise, there is a company called Birchmount that makes a steel transverse monoleaf spring but i've heard they are very heavy and noisy. there is another company called Flex-A-Form that makes a fiberglass monoleaf that will lower the car. i would probably go with the FAF monoleaf if i had a choice even though i prefer my AFCO/TDC coilovers (they just aren't available anymore). i don't like the FFP coilover's upper spring mount (many complaints of them being noisy since they do not use a strut mount). i have't really looked at the Held coilovers.

so the best plan would be get the monte carlo intrax front springs and the FAF monoleaf correct? Do you happen to know the dimensions that i need to order from FAF

yes. from what i have read the 180 lb spring rate is the one you want. others have tried higher spring rates and the spring didn't lower the rear of the car much at all. from the one guy that has the 180 spring rate FAF spring he says ride quality is nice and it lowered the car perfectly. the only downside is that they might not match the Intrax 1.7" drop springs, so your car might not end up sitting level (that would suck). of course, with the adjustable rear coilovers this wouldn't be an issue. i'm not sure what front springs he is using.

as for exhaust manifolds, yes i used stock TGP exhaust manifolds, crossover pipe and downpipe etc. stock TGP turbo, intercooler and charge pipes as well.

as for the crossover pipe i did have the OEM flex bellows replaced with SS braided flex bellows. they are notorious for cracking. ANY TGP crossover pipe that still has the stock bellows WILL be cracked! this causes the O2 to think the engine is running too lean, which causes the ECM to dump fuel in to compensate for the problem resulting in fouled plugs, bad gas mileage, possibly a clogged cat, low O2 sensor life etc. not to mention the smell of exhaust gas coming from underhood. running too rich can lead to piston ring wear as well resulting in blowby and excessive oil burning. you can buy rebuilt TGP crossover pipes from a few different places but it's expensive and you'll need a core.
