Yes, the ECM is under the coolant tank. Use a 10mm wrench to get it out of the holder and then a 1/4" socket to get the panel off.

How hard is the coolant tank to remove? If its not hard i will go and get the #s right now.

Its simple. 1 bolt, 1 nut, lift up. Its about as hard as opening the hood.

Will it leak antifreeze everywhere? Just wondering, why do you need the #s off the chip?

I reset the code and after i drove it around for awhile the code 39 came back on. Just 39, not the others.

The car is now throwing codes 32 and 39.

Code 32 is your EGR. Passages are probably clogged. But the EGR itself could be faulty, but unlikely. Mounted on the top drivers side of the engine. 39 is the clutch switch under the dash in front of the pedal. Could be out of adjustment or faulty.
