But my dad and I built a 55 Bel Air with a blown 406 small block, it is sitting at about 500hp. So we can kinda count that, but it has yet to run at a track.

"Considered" fast, is when you can smile because of gaining time over your last run. I don't race others, just myself and a few ricers and a few Stangs at lights. It is a personal achievement thing. If I wanna be the fastest..My last name would be Earnhardt or Bernstein. But it is just N...! I am faster than any of the old people that live on my block. I am slower than the 454 Camaro 3 Doors down, Fast is doing it yourself and not buying it fast! Ask cncguy! Fastest Minus one I ever been in! Fast is up to you. When my GP was running 16.8, it was fast for a while, cause it was much better than stock. My cutlass was fast, now my GP is faster, but its not fast enough for me to stop upgrading it. When you used to own a le baron that didnt go over 74 mph...your perspective changes. If I only owned muscle cars that ran 12s or faster, id be thinking 14s isn't fast:P
