  • Some autocross compilation vids...

Well, I came here to get information on swapping a 5 speed into my 93 Grand Am GT with the 3300. I know the 3300 is a 90 degree v6, so I don't need to be told.

Anyways, while I'm here, I figured I'd try to entertain you guys. Unfortunately, I haven't gotten to edit the last 4-5 autocrosses, so my most recent video is from June. For the time being, I'll post a few to see what you guys think, and if anyone actually likes them, I'll post some more.

The first two were edited for our SCCA region's 2005 awards banquet, and the only sound they have is music. No, that's not a Ferrari in the first video, it's my GAGT. The magnet was actually intended to pay homage to Ferrari's F1 racing program, but some people think I'm trying to make it look like a Ferrari, so I figured I'd specify. The first vid is basically just a compilation of clips, whereas the second vid is all spins, slides, and cone kills.

Black Grand Am is mine, black Alero is my wife's.

I was going to post one of my regular monthly videos, but I'm at work, and I can't figure out which one to post. I'm downloading a few now to sort through, so I'll probably post one up later, assuming you guys actually wanna see 'em.

Here's the video I finished a few days ago. It's an autocross course set up on a 7/16 mile oval that used to host the "Mountaineer 300" NASCAR race 1,000 years ago lol. It's a long one (12 min/68 mb), and it has relatively few cars (19?), as we had some certain criteria that had to be met before someone could run at this event. I'm not a huge fan of this video, but it was quite well received on our region's forums, so maybe I'm just being overly critical.

This was my first event with my new exhaust setup, and you can hear it pretty well in some parts of the video.
