Dot? What Dot?
(The story turns out OK)
I was bidding on a computer on E Bay for my wife. Watched it for 3 hours, and had one bid in at $65.00. I was the winning bidder for 2 hours and 55 minutes. Then, some DH, outbid me at $66.01!!
"I'll show you!!" I said.
7 seconds left, I slashed mercilessly at the enter key with my new bid of........$7500.00!
DOH!!
I ended up paying $110.00 for it. Who knew a little dot could cost me $35.00?
