Get a Haynes manual. It will involve either pulling the dash or most of the dash. Without a book, it isn't something I would attempt. I've done it myself on a 94 Beretta and it took me 6 hrs plus a week waiting for a part I broke. I had it done on my 98 Blazer and it cost me $1200 and 3 days w/o the car. Definatley not something that can ve easily explained on a forum...

remove the center console. if automatic, there is a clip holding the shifter handle on, you need to put it in neutral first so block the wheels.

pull the cover under the steering column, the one just above the pedals.

remove the heater duct work from driver's side.

      disconnect heater hoses.

      remove heater core cover.

      remove heater core.

      reverse install.
sigpicHow to make High performance Emissions:
A "true" High flow converter, straight pipe.
Low/No flow EGR valve, block off plate.
Carbon canister and purge valve mod, place in large 30 Gallon can, cover, and place curbside, the city will do the rest.
PCV valve and vent tube, reroute to exhaust to dump where it belongs, on the ground. Or add breathers and let it all free.
