I never seen how a part-cleaner machine works. Would I be able to build one?

It would heat up the de-greasing solution thats mixed with water in a pan or whatever. Then having a pump cycle the fluid through the heating tank. It would come out the 'hose' in the top with hot degrease, then filter through a drain on the side troughs.

The one at my dads work uses heat and high pressure nozzles above and below the parts. The parts sit on a rotating expanded metal mesh screen and are blasted with hot de greaser/cleaning solution at high pressure.
