nope, I normally don't read posts about 160 stats even but that one compelled me to view it. Im sorry I ever did. Ill have to look up some of his other posts, but im afraid of what might happen if I do. God knows I have a hard time keeping my mouth shut around stupid people
I heard crushed ice flowing thru the cooling system without a 160 stat works oh so better. Might tell him to do that next time he runs his Jr.-Body at the track
The funny thing about this guy saying he will dyno the Stats...A Dyno easily varries plus or minus 2-5hp from run to run. Even while trying to mantain a constant operating temp.
i dunno about 2-5 but 1 hp out of a 140 hp engine variance I can see. With a higher output motor 2-5 is probably very likely. The type of dyno also matters for its consistancy. The mustang dyno I used when tuning the 3.1 beretta was extremely consistant...dead on in fact.
I must say your cat is pretty smart to even know what a 160 stat is
LOL.
I've been trying to think about how to explain teh inconsistancies, but it's not worth the effort, people will waste money on things thinking that it will help, 160 stats, Air Raid, fuel line addons (magnets), electric turbos, all because people want to believe that physics can be changed by some new product.

Lets just say he thinks he's smarter than he really is :P
Some of the idiots here in my hometown subscribe to those mods you mentioned, Raven and its so hard to talk to idiots. They all have 160* stats and claim they have so much more HP, or they moved their IATs somewhere for 15* cooler air and go mAd HPz. I honestly cant talk to idiots
