  • So I upgraded my headlights....

The stock lights were 55w and were like a very dull yellow color, yeah they sucked i couldnt see very much. I got these new bulbs from work, and there very, very bright and I can see great! Exactly what I wanted. But heres the thing, there 100w bulbs....

If anything how much will that damage it? Would you guys suggest finding a good bulb in a 55w/65w? Or do you think Ill be ok with the 100w?

    Thanks guys

I think the only danger in running overwattage bulbs is melting the bulb connector over time. There are aftermarket connectors for most bulb types that are made of a high-temp resistant plastic.

When you see lights that are too bright, just close your eyes! Duh...

Or stay stock and adjust your lights right. I have had problems in the rain, till I installed xenon foglights. And pointed them at the road, not for distance, they will blind you.
