ok - i see that at the bottom of my screen when on this site alot, when loading a post to read. it keeps the page from loading fully and pisses me off because i gotta keep hitting the stop button to scroll sideways, because the "status" bar covers the bottom scroll thing, when i wanna look at a pic or something that is wider than the post area. i let it go one time and it took well over 2 minutes and still didnt load fully. i dont have icq.

it happened 2x on w-body as well, and someones picture in their sig was not loaded 100% so is that the problem, someone hosting their image off icq's site and it not loading right? if so stop pissing me off
