"how do you sleep at night?" "on a big bag of money"
I suppose its all relative when your talking about the $ price paid for the cars in quesion. But seriously plunking down 16,000 on exhaust.. wow.

OMG. 16 grand?!?! What astounds me even more are the "cat by-pass tubes" They arent even titanium, and they are $3500. A local exhaust shop will do that for a little over a hunderd dollars.

I remember seeing these 2 years ago at the SEMA show. If memory serves correctly the titanium was orginally going in the 22,000 range and the stainless was in the 15,000 range. So the price has come down considerably. From what I heard at the show they are just absolutely amazing sounding well worth the money. If you can afford teh car affording the exhaust should be no problem.
I believe they have the same type of set-up on the new Z06 Corvettes. When you are cruising the muffler is coupled to the exhaust. But when you hit WOT the bypass valves open up and you now have free-flow, straight pipes.
